We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- items that have been modified, engraved, or resized
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return
- The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment.

What's the return process?
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@cididc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Send return order requirement to support@cididc.com ,including the pictures of products fraud, your order number.
- The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

We offer free exchanges on all orders. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to support@cididc.com with the order number displayed on your receipt and our Customer Happiness Team will help you process the exchange with free return postage.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
